Lakes => Advanced (Flood control on or off):
Shore Size, Altitude bias and Size bias have no effect.
All those sliders work for me at all resolutions.
Try with a blank file and simple setup of a few nodes. If it doesn’t function for you still, I suggest making a report inside the app so that your log is attached, it will most likely be quite helpful to detect where the issue is.
