Hi everyone, I’m completly new to Gaea and was wondering if you know any good courses out there. I don’t mind paid ones (as long as it’s a reasonable price obviously).
I’ve used UE and blender and speedtree and bla bla bla softwares in the past, so I wanna learn gaea to improve my game environments (since I wish to work as an environment artist in the industry later on)

A noble Goal!
I don’t know of any recent Gaea-specific course styles (my team is working on a learning platform for all kinds of things, mind you).
There are a few Patreon users here, like @atom and @maarten who do Gaea-related concepts and project dives that are certainly suitable.
Maarten also provides the Quadspinner Gaea YouTube videos, which can give you some nice insight
Not course-structured but concept-driven, which is also very important.
For broader concepts and research, you can look into anything 2D graph-based, or concepts built around it ( like audio, math, 2D art, math expressions in data science and other software that uses node concepts like Substance).
I often find people have a plethora of knowledge available; they just haven’t learned how to unlock it and move one concept from one use case to another.
You may already have intrinsic knowledge in your blah blah blah software, which is also well worth exploring!
Hope that helps some.
Thanks, I’ll check those resources out! So far, gaea seems similar to SD in many respects so I feel right at home.
