Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gaea Talk/Gaea Community Forums at talk.gaea.app (the “Forum”), operated by QuadSpinner (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply only to the Forum, not to Gaea software licensing (which is governed by the applicable EULA).

By using the Forum, you agree to these Terms and to follow the Forum guidelines.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Forum. If you are not of legal age where you live, you may use the Forum only with permission of a parent/guardian and only if you can form a binding contract where permitted.

2) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting changes on the Forum. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or via a notice on the Forum. Continued use of the Forum after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• provide a valid email address and keep it current,

• keep your password secure,

• be responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of compromise.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law using the Forum,

• access or attempt to access others’ accounts without permission,

• buy/sell usernames or other unique identifiers,

• send spam, solicitations, or scrape personal data for mailing lists,

• automate access (except indexing for a public search engine you run),

• impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation/endorsement by QuadSpinner,

• hotlink Forum images/media elsewhere, embed Forum pages via
