That’s so unfortunate — I only bought it yesterday, so I’m not eligible for Early Access. Is there any way to get EA access? I’d really love to join the Early Access program.
Where shall we post bugs/issues we run into with Gaea 3 EA?
Gaea-EAP-3 : I’m using an AMD Threadripper PRO 3995WX with an RTX 3090 and RTX 5090. The 2D view renders correctly, but the 3D view only shows a black screen. I’m running Windows 11 25H2.

For any topics you can use feedback/bug topics with the tags gaea3 and eap, we’ll use those to search and filter it helps moderators too.
For any discussions with the fellow community you can use chat.
Tech support is limited to only licensing and access issues for EAP

I have the same issue although I bought my copy on the 5th Of Jan, I was not aware of any EA period nor did i recieve any notification from Gaea staff even though i have bought Gaea1 and 2 now also 3
After the period sadly not. Though if you’re interested in providing feedback and earlier builds you can sign up for beta testing
It’s at QuadSpinner’s digression to choose to onboard, so no guarantees.
It’d be a good idea to report this using the in-app feedback button.

This contains the download link and your EAP license.
If you were part of the EA group but haven’t received this email, contact support with your registered email for it, they should be able to help you out.
@Suxinyuan the program is only accessible to those who preordered during the November sale window. So unfortunately not in your situation, but we do appreciate your interest!
