After doing undo action several times, several of my nodes are broken, showin “the port in returned bad or no data”. When previewing incoming nodes individually, they seem to work fine?
Cache may have not written properly when undoing, especially in rapid succession. You could rebuild the nodes a few previous (F5), completely rebuild a section of the graph, or manage your cache data bottom right of window that shows / X GB.
Usually, if you can rewrite the cache without deleting all/some of it you may keep the rest of the graph more stable, as their may be instances where your current cache is important.
You might also be able to rebuild cache with a Refresh on a node(s) prior to where it is creating errors with the suspend engine options , saving then closing and reopening/Restarting.
