I’m still dabbling with Gaea 3 every now and then and my opinion is still the same, that is, it’s lots of fun. I’ve pushed G3 every way possible so far and not a single crash. I must say that G3 is very compute intensive compared the G2, obviously. This is not a complaint. I have a beefy pc that can handle what ever G3 can dish out. Overall, I am super impressed with G3.

@ArtEyes G3 doesn’t take any more resources than G2 to me, and there shouldn’t be vast difference. If it takes you ten times longer for some of the same nodes that you already know from G2, please go to Tool - Options - Compute and make sure that your GPU is enabled.
Without GPU acceleration some nodes that normally take a second can take 20-30 seconds to get constructed, specifically orange nodes from Erosion category. Maybe this will reduce your waiting time significantly!
