Hi @Boubou, i’ve just checked and there is indeed an issue with remote management this way. There is an update due and the team are aware.
^ this issue is now resolved.

typically you would come here > Activations > release
Then copy key and activate on your new machine.

If you need the change sooner rather than later, you may have to reach out to tech support to release the key for you.

I have the key, it’s just a shame I can’t deactivate my license remotely :/ , I’ll contact technical support, thanks for your quick response ^^

Yes, sorry about that one not being immediate, you were the first to notice it, so at least well done for that.

yeah send a tech support out, one or the other will sort it out for you.
